- Yarn can't find a cache folder on the set cache-folder command
- --modules-folder breakers install (cannot find binaries)
- I had to run `sudo apt remove cmdtest` before I could install correctly yarn with `sudo apt install yarn`
- This message should be "You will need to run `yarn add --force` to re-install the package that was linked."?
