- If section has an explicit refence to it, that id should be the preferred id for the title.
- Anchor support in toctree
- By using numfig, I want to label as `Fig. A.1` in a "Appendix A" chapter.
- improve width of tables in PDF, if ``:widths:`` option in use
- more than one target found for cross reference should prefer current file's method over other libraries methods
- Spurious "document isn't included in any toctree" warning
- contents local does not include content of 'only' directive
- The toctree ``:numbered:`` option has no effect in PDF
