- let `cargo install` accept the desired binary with the `--bin` flag.
- `cargo:rerun-if-env-changed` doesn't work with `env` configuration
- Cargo metadata changes links in Cargo.lock from HTTPS to HTTP
- 'cargo metadata' fails on read-only file system
- Can't run `cargo build ---offline` with optional dependency
- `cargo tree -e features` shows "default" feature even if the crate doesn't have it
