- Properly implement (or deprecate?) nested sources in `Gemfile`
- Dependency confusion can still happen when using scoped gem servers that don't implement a dependency API
- Bundler should not ship its own gemspec
- Bundler Workspace?
- `gem install` should explain why it falls back to installing a version older than the latest
- Gem does not seem to respect the platform override parameter
- Bundler does not detect replacement of Ruby install with same version different ./configure parameters, leading to missing gems and native extensions
