- Checksum fails on Cori. (Haswell/KNL DOE supercomputer)
- GNUmake based build.
- [Low] Consider using the post-pandemic numbers to further calibrate the model
- Some thoughts on I/O robustness
- Population Density File loading can be sped up considerably
- cross-validation and out-of-sample mean squared-error
- Need help with figuring out which parameters are optional
