- [Terminal> Command Palette]: Screen Reader is not announcing any info about '>'(more options) for 'New Tab' list item.
- [Terminal> Status]: In Scan mode, Screen Reader focus is going on whole information dialog and announcing, 'No next text' or 'No previous text'.
- [Settings> Add New Profile]: 'Discard changes' control performing 'Delete profile' functionality inside newly created profile.
- [Settings> Add new profile]: Confirmation message is not announced by Screen Reader when user create a new profile and duplicate the profile.
