- chore(installer): Remove `apt-transport-https` installation from Ubuntu install script
- testing for current shell uses incorrect environment variable
- Avoid run tests on branch `gh-pages` in Heroku
- fix(cli): use [signed-by] instead of the deprecated apt-key command for apt-based install
- `config:edit` leaves temporary config vars file around after `Ctrl+C`
- `config:edit` examples using `$EDITOR` / `$VISUAL` with args don't work
- `pg:upgrade --version` argument is either broken or the docs are wrong
- pg:pull with --exclude-table-data does not work on Windows
- Add support for M1 Macs (missing darwin/arm build config)
- Heroku CLI Autocomplete does not respect `$ZSH_COMPDUMP` location for zsh.
