- Nullable check ignores NotNullIfNotNullAttribute when the argument is method group
- IDE0025 code fixer changes semantics and sometimes suggests invalid code.
- VB SymbolDisplay.ToDisplayString doesn't use `Optional` keyword when `IncludeDefaultValue` and not `IncludeOptionalBrackets`
- Doesn't navigate to function definitions, it decompiles code instead
- Add LSP handler for custom requests
- Add stubs for semantic model apis needed by IDE
- The commands "Next Method" and "Previous Method" don't clear selection and move caret if a selection is active
