Picky::Generators::Partial::Postfix#initialize

The from option signifies where in the symbol it
will start in generating the subtokens.

Examples:

With :hello
* from: 1 # => [:hello, :hell, :hel, :he, :h]
* from: 4 # => [:hello, :hell]
